Alexander the Great | Alexander of Macedonia

One of the smartest and greatest warlords of all time, the king of Macedonia, conqueror of the Persian Empire. He was the son of King Felipe II of Macedonia and became king after his father's death in 336 BC. C. conquered most of the known world of his time. It is because of his military genius and his strategic ability to control different peoples in the territories he invaded that he is known as "the great one"

Alexander the Great, the Hellenistic Cultural Fans and Propagators, the Macedonian King, Pharaoh of Egypt, Hellenic League Hegemon, Persian Empire Shah. In twelve years, he defeated the Persian Empire – from Asia Minor to Egypt, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India.

Alexander the Great, Alexander III of Macedonia, is without a doubt one of the most famous figures in history. Alexander is the greatest individual. Originally in the town of Pella in 356 B.C., he became king of Macedonia in 336 B.C. and was able to establish a large empire from Macedonia to India.

After a lifetime of conquests, Alexander the Great died 33 years ago in 323 B.C. His bravery and his iconic acts motivated politicians and historians to chart his ambitious history journey.

Politically and militarily, he was educated by the Greek philosopher Aristotle (Philip II, Macedonia King of 359 B.C and Greece's conqueror in 338 B.C.) Instead, the Greek philosopher Aristotle confronted him with reading the great Homeric poetry, and passionately imparted the notion of Greek supremacy to the barbarian peoples.

Alexander the Great won the rule of the Kingdom at the age of 16 after his father was absent. At 18, his first major military test was given, bravely fighting in 338 B.C in the battle of Chaeronea in which the Macedonians beat the Greek troop. After the assassination of his father Philip by the hands of Pausanias, a bodyguard, Alexander the Great became king of Macedonia in 336 B.C.

It was not easy for Alexander to join the throne. The death of Philip created problems for governments and boosted hopes for independence in Greek cities that were less prepared to recognize Macedonia's authority. This also stopped the Macedonian king's expedition of the conquest of Asia and the defeat of the Persians.

The end of Ancient Egypt began with the invasion lost in 525 B.C and, in 332 B.C, Alexander the Great occupied the country and founded a new kingdom: In comparison, considering the hate of the Egyptians against the Persians, the Macedonian king was almost accepted in liberation because of the conquest by Alexander the Great.

Alexander the Great built, for many centuries Alexandria in Egypt, the nation's capital. On the day of his death, Ptolemy, who converted Alexandria into a strong economic center dominating the Mediterranean Sea and the Egean Sea trading routes, became the government. The days of Luxor, Aswan, Esna, Edfu, and Kom Ombo were founded in the Ptolemaic period and Egypt rekindled its ancient significance.
